Buena Voluntad

Buena Voluntad Civil Association is a non-profit organization with more than 60 years of history, dedicated to changing lives.

Since 1964, at Buena Voluntad, we have worked to help people with motor, intellectual, visual, hearing, and psychosocial disabilities find their place in the workforce, restoring not only their dignity but also an opportunity for self-realization. Here, each person has the opportunity to feel useful, independent, and valued, contributing financially to their homes and relieving the burden on their caregivers.

In many families, when there is a person with a disability, one of the parents must assume the role of caregiver, which increases poverty rates by limiting employment opportunities for that family group. Through our work, we not only help integrate people with disabilities into the labor market, but we also support families, giving them a way to improve their quality of life and break the cycle of poverty

Our team is made up of committed and caring professionals with a genuine passion for helping others. Behind every success story is a group of people who believe in the potential of each participant and a Board of Directors that guides our actions toward sustainable impact.
