Connecting Talents

is a virtual training program designed to expand training opportunities and social and labor inclusion for people with disabilities in various cities across the country. 

 

This initiative is primarily aimed at families with young adults with disabilities and focuses on the development of socio-emotional competencies, also known as soft skills. 

The program's content covers three key areas: Training for Workwhich includes strengthening job performance and social empowerment the Candidate Area,focused on the key processes of a company's selection and hiring cycle; Computingfocused on enhancing skills in Office suite tools. 

The training modality is 100% virtual, combining synchronous classes via Google Meet, pre-recorded content via YouTube, support in WhatsApp groups with specialists in each area, and the use of a virtual classroom for completing assignments, allowing it to extend its impact from Caracas to other regions of the country.
