Job training
Our job training program is based on international standards and pedagogical theories that place the human person at the center. Through the methodology of Goodwill International and organizations such as the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization, we prepare our participants to acquire not only job skills but also confidence and autonomy.
The process includes three key phases: 1. Social empowerment : We develop interpersonal skills that enable effective integration into society and work. 2. Occupational performance : We train participants in specific work activities. 3. ICT Training : We introduce participants to information technologies to enhance their employment opportunities.
