What do we do?
At Buena Voluntad, we believe in the transformative power of work. We are dedicated to the training and social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities. Every story that begins with us is unique, which is why our process begins with an assessment that allows us to fully understand our participants' abilities and dreams. We design a personalized plan that not only prepares them for the job market but also helps rebuild their self confidence. Once they are ready, we support them in their job placement, helping them find workplaces where their talents are valued.
Our support continues even after job placement, we remain by their side, celebrating every achievement, overcoming every challenge.
