This initiative is primarily aimed at families with young adults with disabilities and focuses on the development of socio-emotional competencies, also known as soft skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The program's content covers three key areas: <\/span>Training for Work<\/span><\/i>which includes strengthening job performance and social empowerment <\/span>the Candidate Area,<\/span><\/i>focused on the key processes of a company's selection and hiring cycle; <\/span>Computing<\/span><\/i>focused on enhancing skills in Office suite tools.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
